I had so enjoyed painting the pair of hummingbirds, and I realised that there were so many different varieties, colours, and shapes, that I just had to continue, and now we have three delightful little hummingbirds feeding from the nectar of the bright red and white fuchsia flowers. Again I have used Light interference paint to add a subtle shimmer to their fluorescent plumage.

Lynda is an impressionist artist from Blackpool, mostly self taught, but having had a lot of professional help along the way. She only really started painting seriously , when she retired from working for the NHS , and had time to spend on painting anything and everything. From landscape, sea scape , people , animals flowers and birds.
