Introducing “Maze” by Irga Wolf.
Features of Maze:
The original piece titled "Maze" is an abstract creation crafted with a black ballpoint pen on A4 paper. This piece marks a pivotal moment in the artist's career, representing one of the initial forays into this distinct style during a period of significant life changes and adaptation in London. "Maze" served as a meditative practice for the artist, providing a sense of tranquillity and grounding amidst periods of transition. The artwork derives its name from its labyrinth-like inception as a continuous line drawing, evoking the intricate pathways of a maze. It evolved with meticulous shading, the addition of colour to various segments, and the refinement of lines and patterns, culminating in a complex and harmonious composition. Interested collectors are encouraged to reach out for purchasing inquiries.
