Iasonas Bakas is an abstract minimalist and portrait artist based in Bath, UK. Born and raised in Greece, he brings a sense of his native Mediterranean openness and human centric logic to his work. Drawing inspiration from product design, architecture and graphic design, Bakas marries the traditional processes of drawing and oil painting with contemporary themes, colour palettes and interpretative representation.
