Art is emotion; how Jo feels when creating a piece and how people feel when they see it is key. Different art evokes different emotions in different people. Jo’s inspiration comes from emotional response to life. Sights, sounds, smells, textures, shapes, colours, anything that makes her ‘feel’ is fair game for her creativity. Living in the UK home counties Jo has always been immersed in art. It was no more than a hobby…Until it wasn’t. As a logical creative Jo’s love of the sciences is obvious as she gives it her own creative twist. Her work also often has a design element to it.
