Morgan Bird, known as mvkpaints, is an artist, from Central St Martins, who currently works in Shrewsbury. He blends Old Master techniques with pop culture and art history. Also educated in philosophy, he focuses on portraiture, using oil, charcoal, and collage to create playful, imagined characters that celebrate the history of artistic practice.
