During the process of spray-painting the surfaces of my sculptures, I chanced upon a captivating pattern on the paper that remained after I removed a piece. Intrigued by this unexpected discovery, I made the creative decision to embark on a series of paintings employing the same technique. For this spray paint with cutwork frame art, I utilised sections of my sculptures and off-cuts of MDF as stencils. In these pieces, I incorporated not only the cut jigsaw pieces from my sculptures but also introduced found objects into the mix. This included a recycled crate that I divided into fragments, with the intention of integrating them into my upcoming sculptures.
