In Glastonbury 2023, there was a "Have a Go" group lino print project. At this event, the lino block was created through various workshops held during the Glastonbury Festival in 2023. This collaborative project involved around 50 different participants, including professional artists and beginners. The original image was designed by Doug Johnson, but workshop attendees were encouraged to contribute by adding their own images, textures, and patterns. For most people, it was their first time working with lino. The actual printing of the design was done by Doug Johnson using high-quality oil-based inks on premium cartridge paper. The resulting glastonbury group festival lino print is rich in texture and contains unique marks, truly reflecting the community spirit of the Glastonbury Festival.
