Art is an amazing therapy in many different ways. lt can improve your general well-being and mental health. Creating art injects happiness and freedom into my life and hopefully to others who view it. I was inspired by my pending adventure to Southern India as part of an artist residency. This painting is part of a collection called 'Freedom' that explores the juxtaposition of fear and freedom....and embracing change, honesty and new beginnings.
