The work of Layla Oresme explores the religious, mystical and alchemical symbolism encountered in deep meditation. Her on-going series, Astral Reveries, is a series of paintings which tell the story of a Soul travelling through layers of realities and undergoing a plethora of experiences like death, rebirth love and pain, to ultimately perfect itself and encounter God.
