These pencil drawings are created on 300gsm paper. This series of 'Polaroid' drawings inspired by the concept of romanticized bodies contrasted with text representing imperfections. Each drawing is framed, with an artwork size of 9cm x 11cm.

Ferg Cooper is a visual artist based in London. He describes his work as Queer Pop Art. His work is rooted in queer theory and deals with themes of queer politics, commercialism in relation to the self, ways we use social media to communicate and how we cope with a constant bombardment of visual information. Many of his works use imagery inspired by strangers' social media posts, or models discovered online. In 2017 Ferg graduated from an MA in Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, London. In 2018 he completed a year long residency at the Florence Trust, in 2019 was part of Plop residency, and in 2020/21 was part of the inaugural panel for political art fund 'ArtCry' He has exhibited widely in the UK and has done design work for club nights and record sleeves. His studio is at Koppel Project Bank, London
