I have used several types of acrylic paints, adopting techniques used primarily in the printmaking world instead of typical brushes and knives, to create the uniformed chaos of this piece.
The painting itself is 85cm square, the total size including the frame is approximately 88cm square.

Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, Tim studied Fine Art at the University of Wolverhampton, graduating in 1998, and in 2000 settled in Birmingham to pursue a career in graphic design. Chronic illness stopped him from working so he turned back to his degree and became a self employed artist. Primarily an experimental printmaker, Tim also creates digital art and sometimes strays in to other mediums.
