This piece is full of senses expressed through colour and light. It invites the viewer to take a momentary journey to the coast and remember their own moments by the coast.

I am an artist, teacher, partner and mother from Birmingham UK. My artwork is innately influenced by my thoughts and feelings reflected through images of nature. I aim to make art that encourages the viewer to look closely: to discover unique personal narratives. Work processes are based on playful experimentation as I consider and edit my work until I am happy with its visual energy. Through this process of evaluation and reflection I can arrive at an artwork that celebrates creative thinking. It is the element of surprise that makes creating art enjoyable Bio Tara started exhibiting her artworks in 2024 with work selected and included in the several group exhibitions such as at the Old Fox Yard Spring Awakening and Redcar Contemporary Art Gallery Summer Open. Tara’s artwork will be part of two group exhibitions in January 2025 :Royal Cambrian Arts Society and Royal Birmingham Arts Society. More recent successes are an Emerging Women Artist Award by Arts to Hearts Project, a commissioned piece for Surreal Solihull and inclusion in the Flux Review Exhibition May 2025.
